Good news for our colleagues in Leipzig! We are moving the ScaDS.AI Leipzig office to a bright and spacious rental area on December 17th, 2020. The new Leipzig office will be situated at Löhr’s Carré in the big office building at Humboldtstraße 25 in Leipzig.
At the new office space, ScaDS.AI Dresden/Leipzig will have enough space for our growing team at Leipzig University, which currently consists of 66 people. The new office space includes:
- 21 new office rooms for our team members
- kitchens for the staff
- rooms for our graduate school
- teaching and meeting rooms
- a large conference room
- as well as enough space for our emerging AI and Big Data Living Lab
In April 2021, the ScaDS.AI office will be further expanded with the addition of a second floor and another 21 office rooms. This second floor will provide the space for our four scheduled new professorships, the planned Humboldt professorships and their associated workplaces.
In the last week, the team started packing their boxes and got ready to move. Especially, the beloved office plants were carefully carried to their new rooms. Tomorrow, all of the other working equipment will follow.
