SAC 2024: Best Paper Award for Prof. Dr. Franz Baader and Filippo De Bortoli

Congratulations! Our principal investigator Prof. Dr. Franz Baader and team member Filippo De Bortoli (TUD Dresden University of Technology) won a Best Paper Award at the 39th ACM/SIGAPP Symposium on Applied Computing (SAC 2024). The award was presented to them for their paper „The Abstract Expressive Power of First-Order and Description Logics with Concrete Domains„. More information on the paper is available here. The paper has been submitted to the track on Knowledge Representation and Reasoning (KRR) in the Information Systems area. The best papers were awarded in five areas at SAC 2024:

The 39th ACM/SIGAPP Symposium On Applied Computing (SAC 2024) took place from 8.-12.04.2024 in Avila, Spain. The conference was sponsored by ACM Special Interest Group on Applied Computing (SIGAPP) and hosted by University de Salamanca.
