From 23.-27.06.2025, ScaDS.AI Dresden/Leipzig invites you to the 11th International Summer School on AI and Big Data in Dresden. Our annual summer school brings together graduate students, Ph.D. students, researchers as well as practitioners in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Machine Learning to discuss cutting-edge topics in Artificial Intelligence research. This year, we will focus on language models and their application areas. Internationally recognized speakers will offer inspiring insights into their work at our Summer School 2025, while participants will get hands-on during a 2-day hackathon. We are excited to welcome both experienced professionals and interested beginners. Program

The 11th International Summer School on AI and Big Data centers around one major topic, the generation and use of Language Models and their application areas, with a particular focus on education and ethics. The program will consist of keynotes in those areas as well as hands-on formats for participants on different levels. More information on our program will be available here shortly.

The summer school is organized by ScaDS.AI Dresden/Leipzig, one of five AI centers in Germany funded under the federal government’s AI strategy.
