Meet India as a Scientific Cooperation Partner From a Cultural Perspective

As Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to redefine global paradigms, India is emerging not only as a technological powerhouse but also as a culturally pluralistic complex deeply involved in both the opportunities and challenges of AI. Against a backdrop of social dynamism, enduring traditions, and a vibrant democratic ethos, India offers a unique context for this rapid techno-transformation.

  • How does India position itself within the international AI network?
  • What role is it playing in shaping a more inclusive digital future?

From Bollywood to Bangalore — this talk explores India’s multifaceted engagement with AI, highlighting the intersections of technological advancement with pressing societal dimensions — such as gender equality, cultural preservation and the quest for digital justice.
