Tira & TIREx

We are actively contributing to the creation, facilitation, reuse of open data and open models with an emphasis on shareability and reproducibility in the form of shared tasks. The TIRA integrated research architecture (http://tira.io) is an open online platform for researchers to organize and participate in competition-style research campaigns. With the recent addition of The Information Retrieval Experiment Platform (TIREx, recipient of the Best Paper Award at SIGIR’23), it promotes more standardized, reproducible, scalable, and blinded retrieval experiments, by running dockerized software in a cloud-native execution environment and providing 1-click reproducibility of research software.
