At the 10th International Summer School on AI and Big Data, Prof. Paweł Dłotko will talk about Invitation to methods of topological data analysis.
In this talk, Prof. Paweł Dłotko will provide a gentle introduction to the methods of topological data analysis. He will begin with the foundational tools of persistent homology and the mapper algorithm, then progress to more advanced topics. The techniques discussed will be brought to life through a series of successful stories and practical examples that have motivated their development.
Prof. Paweł Dłotko is the leader of the Dioscuri Centre in Topological Data
Analysis. Previously he was working in Swansea University (UK), Inria Saclay, University of Pennsylvania and Jagiellonian University (from which he graduated in 2012).
